Um relatório conjunto no tratamento do surto de H1N1 revelou que alguns cientistas que aconselhou os governos a armazenar medicamentos, tinham sido previamente sobre a folha de pagamentos de grandes empresas farmacêuticas.
O relatório, publicado no British Medical Journal, descobriu Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) sobre o uso de medicamento para tratar o vÃrus foram preparadas por especialistas que receberam taxas de consulta de os dois principais fabricantes dos remédios – Roche e GlaxoSmithKline.

Na Europa, os governos estão agora a tentar vender seus estoques de vacina contra a gripe suÃna.
Comité de Emergência
Um comitê de emergência da OMS está esperando por sinais de como o vÃrus está se desenvolvendo no inverno do hemisfério sul, antes de fazer um pronunciamento completo sobre o seu estado.
A comissão, composta por 15 consultores externos, acredita que é crucial para os paÃses para manter a vigilância sobre a pandemia, incluindo medidas necessárias para a saúde pública no controle da doença e vigilância, Margaret Chan, da OMS diretor-geral, disse em um comunicado.
